  • 第一次挑战露营

      在乌敏岛,我们没有租脚踏车,而是以滑板代步;我们没有找地方住,而是搭起帐篷;我们没有享用当地的海鲜,而是拿出锅子起火煮面吃。两人第一次一起去露营,又热又累又脏又臭,被蚊子叮被蚂蚁咬,晚上睡不着,最后还要把帐篷拱手让给蚂蚁大军,拿起睡袋跑到另一片草地去…… 🙁 累得不断碎碎念的时候,贺先生在旁边嬉皮笑脸地说“蜜月快乐!”,让人好气又好笑。离开前生火准备午餐时,我问他还喜不喜欢露营,他毫不犹豫地点头,说”经历越困难的挑战,就会有更有趣的故事分享给大家”。肩上背包很重,我很哀怨,他快乐地说“旅途结束,你就会更强壮啦!” 我觉得他对生活的态度好像佐贺的超级阿嬷,跟他住在一起,我应该也可以像昭广一样,越来越强大!

  • 终于完成大婚了

       Finally, all done with 4 weddings! 昨夜落幕的自助晚餐在寒舍进行,好多亲戚扶老携幼出席;还有阿嬷爸爸妈妈的朋友,我不认识的uncle auntie们都很热情地到场祝贺;最最重要的,我的中小学同学和老师,加上柔佛学记队的成员,大家远道而来共聚一堂,场面好不热闹! 太多太多的感谢无法在这里用三言两语说尽,不管是协助筹备的,还是诚心前来祝贺的。我喜欢昨夜表姐说的一句话:“今晚不像婚礼,像叙旧的聚会!” 足足五个小时的满场飞,不怕招呼不周,只怕排除万难来相会,却连几句话也说不上。庆幸贺先生也很配合地坐在一堆又一堆的陌生人群里和大家说说话给大家认识认识。 随着家乡华人传统婚礼的结束,我和贺先生也正式完成我们的“婚礼巡回”。从2015跨年到2016,三周内四场风格迥异的婚礼庆祝,疲惫在所难免,内心却满满是感动!

  • 一块儿登山去

       今天天气好,我和贺家三位男人,还有一对同样来自加拿大,但目前在泰国定居担任英文老师的年轻夫妻一块儿登山去。民宿老板是我们的领队,也是我们的摄影师和助理,哈哈,他打包了十片印度煎饼,带了一大瓶一百号,我们走到日上三竿了,就在森林中央享用午餐。 穿梭在野生丛林中,要不断寻找最佳的落脚点,否则一个不留神就会整只腿陷进软泥巴中。我的个子最小四肢最短,常常无法跨过树干或大片的泥洼,除了有人伸出援手扶一把外,就只能模仿猴子了。大家都称赞我很灵活啦~哈哈!从上山到下山,我们大概耗了两小时半,却只走了1.4公里的距离而已,难度真的不小。 离开的时候,我的双脚和鞋子都是泥巴,手指甲和脚趾甲都是巧克力色的,手臂还有一道明显被树枝刮伤的痕迹。不过……感觉很爽啊!(photo credits Troji Tokkucai)

  • 不当老师的日子

      四小时的车程,我们抵达金马伦高原,回到了我最熟悉的民宿。今日过大寿的老板不在,他老哥用大大的笑容迎接我们一行六人。聊天的过程中发现这地方开张不过两年半,我已经到访第四次,是老主顾啦。 周日的金马伦街道冷冷清清,好多店铺都关门休息,路上车辆也少,耳根好清静。倒是出外吃晚餐时,突然楼上走下来一堆背着书包拿着书本的中学生,闹哄哄的,明显是刚结束补习……不是刚开学吗?这么快就“进入状况”了? 然后我想起还在尊孔奋斗的前同事和可爱的小朋友们,大家都在为新学年忙碌。而我,也正适应新生活呢。不用处理班务不用忙着备课没有学生给我管的日子还真是有点不习惯~ 话说回来,下午要找德士载我们去民宿时,我才说了两句话,一位马来司机就说 “you cikgu ke?” 我以为我听错,“蛤?”了一声,他自信满满地笑说看我的样子和说话的方式就知道我是当老师的~好厉害! 不当老师的日子要做什么?——明天跟贺先生一起爬山去!
